QEP timeline

To develop the Quality Enhancement Plan, the following timeline was established.

     Determine best approach and timeline for QEP theme selection
November 2007
December 2007 – January 2008
     Develop QEP website
January 2008 - March 2008
January 2008 - February 2008
January 2008 – March 2008
January 2008 – March 2008
     Outline written report; draft background and process sections
February 2008
Early March 2008
Mid March 2008 
Early April 2008
     Research possible themes
April 2008  
June - August 2008
     Leadership Committee finalizes theme and President announces theme at Fall Convocation
Summer 2008 
     QEP task force and planning groups established to determine course of action
     QEP task force expanded as necessary to develop plan

Fall 2008

                QEP Task Force meets regularly

                QEP Planning Groups meet regularly

                Define student learning outcomes

Research the topic

                Nominate individuals to serve on On-Site Review Committee

 

Spring 2009

                 QEP Task Force meets regularly

Identify actions to be implemented

Establish feasible timeline for implementation

Organize for success

Identify necessary resources

                Develop assessment plan

 

Summer 2009

                Draft document outlining plan

 

Fall 2009

                Finalize QEP document

                Prepare for On-Site Review

 

Spring 2010

                Submit QEP for review six weeks prior to scheduled on-site visit

                On-Site Review (March 22-25, 2010)

 

Fall 2010 

                Begin implementation of plan

 

Fall 2015

                Provide Impact Report
